Your account is considered active upon successful registration and email or phone number confirmation. dhaka1 may, at its sole discretion, decline to activate any registration without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. dhaka1 will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

dhaka1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dhaka1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your dhaka1 account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes during platform operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts or cards may take 1–3 business days.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. dhaka1 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 on dormant accounts that carry a positive balance. From time to time, dhaka1 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bets placed on the dhaka1 sportsbook are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. dhaka1 will not cancel confirmed bets on the grounds of player error unless a manifest error in the odds is identified by the platform (see Section 8.3).
Minimum bet stake is ৳50 for standard pre-match markets and ৳100 for live in-play markets. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — including typographical errors, data feed failures, or odds that are materially inconsistent with fair market value at the time of placement — dhaka1 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. Decisions regarding manifest errors are made at the sole discretion of dhaka1's trading team and are final.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, incorrect event details, or a data feed failure that results in in-play markets remaining open after the relevant event has concluded. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). All bet settlements are final once processed, subject only to the manifest error provision above.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at the discretion of dhaka1's trading team. Bets placed during a period in which a market is suspended will be void. Odds for in-play markets are subject to change at any time; the odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will apply to your settlement.
The dhaka1 Casino product — including live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and poker rooms — operates under the game rules set and certified by the individual game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). In the event of a conflict between dhaka1's general terms and a game provider's specific rules, the game provider's rules will govern the outcome of that game round.
All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. dhaka1 does not interfere with, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any game round. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure mid-game-round, the round will either be completed automatically by the game engine or voided, depending on the game provider's protocol.
